Terms & Conditions
for S$1,000 in Zoala Credits Offer
1. Offer Eligibility:
- This offer is exclusively for educational institutions in Singapore.
- The offer is valid until Jan 31st 2025.
2. Credit Usage:
- The S$1,000 credit can be used to purchase Zoala’s solution
- The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The credit must be used within two months of activation.
- This offer covers all features and functionalities including 3 learning modules
3. Billing and Payment:
- The currency denomination for credit is Singapore Dollar (SGD). After the credit expires and/or fully utilised, standard pricing will apply automatically.
- The standard pricing is S$5 per student per month, and school will be invoiced in advance (i.e., at the start of the billing period)
- For example, a school with 100 students will be charged $500 per month.
- If you wish not to continue after two months you have the flexibility to suspend or terminate the service contract by providing a minimum 14 day notice period.
4. Terms & Conditions:
- The use of Zoala’s services is subject to Zoala’s Terms of Use.
- Zoala reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability:
- Zoala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services or any materials, information, products, or services obtained through the Services, even if Zoala has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By accepting this offer, the school agrees to these terms and conditions.
