Zoala Appoints ThoughtWorks Group CIO Jessie Xia as Strategic Advisor to Strengthen Responsible AI and Digital Trust

Zoala, an AI-powered wellbeing platform supporting schools and workplaces across Asia, has announced the appointment of Jessie Xia, Group Chief Information Officer at ThoughtWorks, as Strategic Advisor.

Jessie brings extensive experience in technology leadership, AI transformation, and building high-performing engineering teams across global organisations.

In addition to her role at ThoughtWorks, Jessie has been an active advocate for responsible technology practices, previously serving as Co-Chair of the SGTech Digital Trust Chapter, where she contributed to advancing conversations around trust, governance, and ethical technology adoption.

At the time of this announcement, Jessie is also attending the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Board Programme, reflecting her commitment to strengthening board governance and responsible leadership.
