Your Daily ZOALA Experience

Formulate strategic business development

  • Develop and execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders.

  • Be a champion for partners across multiple internal functions to ensure partners' needs and expectations are met.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product team to develop a personalised approach to all partners and to align Zoala's internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.

  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.

Partner growth planning and enablement

  • Negotiate and finalise the agreement with partners in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies.

  • Develop and implement overarching partnership and business development strategy,  processes, structure, and best practices across the company.

  • Provide onboarding and training for new partnerships.

  • Provide professional support to enhance partners’ dedication to Zoala.

  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.

Partnership management 

  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using CRM tools to monitor performance, manage pipeline reports and identify new business and existing opportunities.

  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.

  • Work with stakeholders to review gaps and opportunities in businesses.

  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.

The Career Requirements

  • Degree holder (Preferably with a degree in Business/Sales, or related fields).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or similar role, and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships. 

  • Strong project management, execution and organisational skills.

  • Able to deliver presentations.

  • Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
