You will be spearheading the creation of innovative algorithms, capable of learning and making predictions, as the key building block of our technology for mental wellness. Your Daily ZOALA Experience

As an AI Chatbot Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop and maintain machine learning applications using FastAPI framework

  • Mostly deal with text data by building and evaluating dialogue systems (chatbot), sentiment/mood analysis, NER, topic classification, documents extraction and summarisation, machine translation, and other NLP tasks

  • Write clean, maintainable and efficient code

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

The Career Requirements

  • A Degree holder (Preferably with a degree in Computer Science or related fields).

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a AI/ML developer

  • Experience in Python API development and has knowledge in FastAPI

  • Understand NLP techniques for text representation & understanding, and semantic extraction techniques.

  • Fluent in open-source libraries like HuggingFace.

Your Bonus Competencies

  • Experience in working with AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk.

  • Understand relational databases like SQL

  • Have a rough understanding about psychology terms and some basic personality tests such as Big5, MBTI
